RFDFLEX2 900MHz Flexible PCB Antenna (no cable)

The RFDesign 900MHz Flexible Antenna (Bare Feed) is an ultra-lightweight, low-profile antenna designed for operation in the 902–928 MHz ISM band. Engineered for UAV telemetry and long-range data link systems, it offers efficient RF performance in a compact, minimal-weight format.

This antenna is optimized for free-space operation or mounting on RF-transparent materials such as foam wings, balsa structures, thin fiberglass, or lightweight fuselages. It maintains better than -10 dB return loss when installed in free space or on common UAV airframe materials.

This version features a bare feed point, allowing users to solder their own coaxial cable for custom installations. A high-quality thin coaxial cable such as RG316 or equivalent is recommended for optimal performance.

Designed for vertical polarization when mounted vertically, the antenna radiates similarly to a vertically mounted dipole, making it well-suited for installation on vertical stabilizers or upright airframe surfaces.
