The Parasafe drone parachutes are engineered for industrial UAV applications and built on over a century of innovation in safety technology. Developed by Nippon Kayaku, a global leader in automotive safety components such as airbag inflators and seatbelt pretensioners, the PARASAFE® system leverages advanced energetic materials to deliver reliable deployment when it matters most.
The 25kg drone parachute system is optimized to reduce descent speed and protect people, property, and payload in emergency scenarios.
Every unit is rigorously tested and designed to meet or exceed ASTM safety guidelines.
Deployment
Each PARASAFE® drone parachute canister is integrated with the Parasafe compact Manual Trigger System (MTS), which can be activated manually or linked to autonomous flight control systems. Upon anomaly detection, the system triggers a pyrotechnic actuator that rapidly deploys the parachute for controlled descent, even at low altitudes. By using pyrotechnics rather than springs, PARASAFE® enables larger parachutes and faster deployment across all payload classes:

Easy Install
PARASAFE® systems are designed for simple installation and flexible integration across UAV platforms. Canisters can be mounted in various orientations. Installation manuals and video tutorials are provided for smooth implementation.
